Our 'naked' benches come unfinished in 2 styles choices: Standard or Flying Lotus, and 3 heights (6", 7" or 8") to accommodate various body types. The seats are 18" wide X 6½" deep.
Some basic guidelines to help you choose one for your height.
If you are close to 5 ft. in height order a 6", close to 5ft. 6in. order a 7", close to 6 ft. order an 8"
